The F15 error code on a Fulgor Milano oven typically indicates a problem with the temperature sensor or the wiring between the sensor and the control board. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
Turn off the oven and unplug it from the power source.
Locate the temperature sensor, which is usually located near the top of the oven cavity and is a small metal rod protruding from the wall.
Check the sensor for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or a bent or broken sensor.
Use a multimeter to test the resistance of the sensor. The sensor should read between 1000-1100 ohms at room temperature. If it is outside of this range, it will need to be replaced.
Check the wiring between the sensor and the control board for any visible damage or loose connections. If there is any damage or loose connections, repair or replace the wiring as necessary.
If the sensor and wiring appear to be in good condition, the problem may be with the control board. In this case, the control board may need to be replaced.
If you are not comfortable performing these troubleshooting steps yourself, it may be best to contact a professional appliance repair technician for assistance.
The F15 error does indicate that you have a problem with the electronic oven control board in the console. That F15 could be caused by pressing the buttons and holding them down in the Sabbath mode. If the control was in Sabbath mode and does not show the F15 code after disabling that feature then the oven should work normally. If the oven is not in the Sabbath mode or you do see that F15 code after disabling the Sabbath feature then you will probably need to replaced that electronic oven control board. I recommend that you have a service technician complete that type of repair in your oven
The first thing I would check is to see if there is 240 volts AC at the back of the stove. On some stoves, The top section runs on 120 volts and the oven runs on 240 volts. Best of luck to you.

Commonly, error code F15 means that your range has experienced a signal loss between the oven relay board and the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). You can check if this is a false error code by resetting the power to your range by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for approximately ten minutes. If the error code persists, at this point, a certified technician would generally replace the faulty part after proper diagnosis. Best! - Z
It could possibly be you are not getting 240 volts to the range. The top igniter may be getting a current back through the other side of the 240 circuit and that is why it works when the oven is turned on but the oven will not be getting power to heat. Have the 240 circuit checked or make sure the circuit breakers are reset correctly.
Is there a gas pilot light that stays lit all the time or does it have an electric pilot light that glows red to start the oven.Either way if it's a gas pilot the thermocouple is bad, if electric the igniter is bad.
Not enough info and I dont have that code. But, there are thermal safety devices in back of the ovens that can shut everything down. Unless your electrically quailifed, find someone who is and has a meter, then pull oven(s) out of the wall and check all safety devices...
Hello, The F5-E1 error code means that their is a problem with the switch on the self clean door latch...it (the switch) is telling the control board that the door is locked even though it may be open so it will not let the oven come on GENE
