Go to amazon.com and search "Trio Stealth G2 charger"
or, if you can't wait
check the OUTPUT voltage and amperage on the old charger (for example, it could say: "5.0 VDC --- 1000 mA" (that means 5 volts, 1000 milliAmp), and find a standard charger with same voltage, and same or higher amperage.
I was able to use my cell phone charger when my Trio Stealth Tablet charger stopped working. I would suggest first trying to use a basic cell phone charger before going out and spending lots of money on a charger "specifically" for a tablet.
turn it off. if you can't then their is a reset button on the side where the charger is. Get a safety pin put it in the hole. You will know if you reset it. It will reboot. It won't effect your files or info. I hope this helps!
If it isn't charged it will not turn on.
Make sure the charger is working. Use an AC/USB charger.
Other than that it's broken.
Use the extended warranty you purchased when you bought the tablet.
It's possible your charger is faulty. If your unit can charge with a USB cord through a computer try that. If it charges then your charger is faulty. The charger can be tested with a voltmeter by someone knowledgeable. The other problem possible is that the charging receptacle is faulty. That would show up if the USB method doesn't work. If the charger is o.k. then your battery won't hold a charge and needs to be replaced.
