May be you should change the verification method if you are not able to receive the code opt for the email verification method and make sure the email id which you mention there is the same email id which you have used while registering to facebook.

Confirmation code for facebook is not being sent to my phone ??

you probably sent it to a wrong number and did you remember to put in your country dialing code?these could be possible reasons you are not receiving the confirmation code.
also, sometimes you need to be patient or just re-apply for a new one.

It seems that you have put the wrong Primary Email id which is not yours and now you are facing problem in confirming. Solution- Login into the account and click on the Account tab>>Account Settings. Now in the Settings tab(First tab) there is Email and a 'change' option in front of it. Click on the change option, write your Email in 'Add new email' and It will ask for your current Facebook password, enter it and click 'confirm'
A confirmation link will be sent to your new email id and after confirming it will be your Primary Facebook Email Id.

You can sent wrong e-mail address. Now u can send him/her right e-mail address. Told him/her 1st one is wrong u dont need registration code.
