About your email, there is nothing you can do since AOL just created a brand new email for you. When it comes to third party app, like FB and Amazon, just go to the support area and follow their instructions. If for any reason you can't get to support, then choose "having trouble logging in".

How can I reset my password for facebook

you may be able to get back into your Facebook account by answering a security question, using an alternate email address listed on your account or getting help from friends. Keep in mind that you'll only see these options if you set them up.To see if you have these options:
  1. Go to the Facebook login page and click Forgot your password? or Can't login? in the top right.
  2. Fill out the form to identify your account.
  3. Select I forgot my password on the next page if prompted.
  4. Look at the list of email addresses listed on your account. If you don't have access to any of these, click No longer have access to these?
  5. Follow the instructions provided to answer your security question or get help from friends, if you see these options, or contact your email service provider.
Once you get back into your account you can change your login email address at any time from your account settings. You can also log into Facebook with any email address you've added to your account.

I think i have been hacked my fb app has disappeared and i cannot get into my page

Hi, Unfortunately there's lots of scammers and hackers on Facebook, The link below is a YouTube page full of videos showing scammers on Facebook, Take care........ CHEERS..
facebook scammers YouTube
Also this is something that needs sharing.........
Hackers gained entry to Facebook's internal corporate network for several months, with access to hundreds of the social network's employee usernames and passwords.
The hackers, which were actively exploiting Facebook's network in July and September last year and possibly as recently as February this year, were discovered by a security researcher perform testing on Facebook's corporate network.
Having discovered seven security vulnerabilities with Facebook's corporate tools, including a file transfer service, Devcore security researcher Orange Tsai found that at least one hacker, possibly two, had compromised Facebook and were operating within its corporate network.
Tsai said: "While collecting vulnerability details and evidences for reporting to Facebook, I found some strange things on web log.
"The hacker created a proxy on the credential page to log the credentials of Facebook
employees. These logged passwords were stored under web directory for the hacker to use [collect] every once in a while."
According to Tsai, the logged Facebook employee credentials could have given the hackers access to email accounts, Facebook's virtual private network and other company tools. Facebook user data is stored separately to its corporate network; it is unknown whether the right Facebook employee credentials could have given the hackers access to Facebook user data.
Tsai said: "At the time I discovered these, there were around 300 logged credentials dated between 1-7, from 1 February, mostly '@fb.com' and '@facebook.com'. Upon seeing it I thought it was a pretty serious security incident."
The testing - a series of attempts by security researchers to find and report holes in a site or service's cyber security - was conducted as part of Facebook's Bug Bounty, which sees the social network pay people who find and disclose vulnerabilities to the company.
Facebook was alerted to the hack on 5 February by Tsai. The company launched an internal investigation, which concluded on 20 April, allowing Devcore to publish the details of the hack.
Commenting on Hacker News, a Facebook security team member called Reginaldo said: "On this case, the software we were using is third party. As we don't have full control of it, we ran it isolated from the systems that host the data people share on Facebook. We do this precisely to have better security.
"We determined that the activity Orange detected was in fact from another researcher who participates in our bounty program. Neither of them were able to compromise other parts of our infra-structure."
Facebook has not responded to request for comment.

We think someone has hacked our account on amazon and kindle. Have three books on kindle and we did not get them.we cannot get on our amazon acct, or buy on our kindle without paying for books.

On a computer, navigate to Amazon.com and on the black banner across the top of screen search for the words; "Hello. Sign in." followed by "Your Account" printed just underneath. Attempt to log in using your email address (or phone for mobile accounts) and password. If you succeed, then immediately navigate to your account settings and, just to be safe, change your password, and you should be all set.

If login fails even though you are positive that you have keyed in the correct information, then it is possible that someone has accessed your account and changed your password so as to lock you out of your own account.

If this happens you must immediately deactivate any credit card that you have registered to the hacked account, or the invader will be able to purchase goods at your expenses.

You should immediately call Amazon and inform them that your account has been hacked. They will probably be able to verify your identity by asking to answer security questions or other information known only to you (and them) given when you originally set up the account.

Do not delay in taking these steps.

Why can't I get into my Facebook at all ?

Facebook is very simple, it just needs your email address and password to log in. Try that from a desktop or laptop computer. If that works your Facebook account is fine.

If it your phone that is giving you access problems, delete the app, power down the phone, count to 10 and reboot it. The go to your app store and re-download the app. VERY carefully log in with your email address and password.

If it still has problems, the problem is your phone, so go back to the supplier.

You still have two options to get to your account back. You can use the email address that you used as the recovery mail. Put a tick mark on it and Click on Continue. Google will send you a verification code through that recovery mail. If you also cannot access the recovery email, the last option you will have is to verify your identity by answering some questions about your Google account. Click on it to start verifying your account.

    Facebook login problems

unless you can hack it, or remember it, you won't get your old password back. You can reset it provided you still have access to the email address you have on file with facebook. Simply goto login and look for and click on, "forgot password" (or something like that!) and an email link to reset your password will be sent to you. Open the email and click on that link. Then change your password. Write it down and relogin from each place you use facebook.

Still can not access my e-mail

You must enter your e-mail address and password into your service provider, I.e., Verizon, aol, Yahoo, etc., to get to the letter composition form. If the error message appears you probably entered your I'd or password incorrectly.. You may have forgotten your password. If so theSV Pro will tell you how to reset your ID or password. Good luck.
