My unit produces ice but does not dispense it. The water dispenser works but very slowly 16 seconds to fill 8oz and the ice seems to easily fall through and then freeze in a big clump. Then the motor is unable to turn and dispense the ice. There is a round plastic piece that looks like the metal rotating mechanism has scraped it but I can't figure out if this is the problem or if the dispenser is not correctly put together and shouldn't be allowing the ice down that far in the dispenser before being manually dispensed.
