You probably need to reset your IPOD. Here are the directions: 1. Unplug the IPOD from the power source. 2. Slide the hold switch or button to HOLD and back again. 3. Then press the MENU and CENTER buttons at same time until the Apple logo appears. You should be back up and running. If not, try again and remember to make sure you press MENU and CENTER buttons at the SAME time and continue to hold them down as long as it takes for Apple logo to reappear. I once had to hold them for more than a minute before an IPOD touch would reset.
The only other thing that I would think to replace on this is the power board. You may have bad power going to the main board. Other than that you may be at the point of no return on that TV.
The projection lamp, the sign of it life is over. The projection lamp been in the tv about 1 1/2 or 2 years, used the tv on and watches at least 4 or 5 hours a day?It time,to replace it,with a new projection lamp.
Sony TVs has an Optical Block issue. If there is an issue with the optical block, then there will be green, blue patches or tint on the TV display. Try resetting the TV to the factory settings and try Power resetting the TV. Turn Off the TV and remove the power plug from the wall outlet for 1 minute and reconnect it and check the operation. If the issue still persists, then TV may require service. You can contact the Customer relations team and check for the available options. Sony had repaired free of cost for such issues. Hence, contact the customer relations.
Is the sound ok. Yust the Picture. If both dissapear replace power supply board. That is the main big board with the most heatsinks on it. Main power gos from a switch board to main power supply.
Yep, your problem is a relatively easy one to repair if you know how to solder. You better repair it before it blows the fuse though. There are two capacitors in the main power supply that are coming loose and need to be re soldered. There is a Toshiba service bulletin about it. They are marked C809 and C810 on the main power supply board. Good Luck
