Tap Settings>Display>General>Brightness, adjust to desired brightness, left or right. Alternatively, from your home page, drag your finger from the top edge of the table screen downward to expose several power button shortcuts (Wifi, GPS, Mute, etc), including the brightness scale, adjust the brightness left or right and/or select the auto[brightness] checkbox.
either your battery is shot as in dead or your charger is faulty
you could try to charge it using a usb lead in your computer or another usb port to see if that works , or try another charger to eliminate your lead /charger you are using
I have a zeki 8inch n my screen is not frozen,my probly is why I don't have storage space on my new table because a couple of days I had n next day I could not get in to see my pictures that I screen shot
You will have to do a factory reset, which will restore the default settings on your device.
1) With the device powered off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
2) When you see the Samsung logo, release the Power button, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3) Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4) Press Volume Up to continue.
