DMC-LC33 digital camera
Hi Tami,
Many people experience similar problem but the cause may be different. One of the main cause is an infection by a virus when you connect your camera (SD card) to a computer. All you need to do to find out is - connect the SD card using a card reader to a computer with working virus program and scan it, than try to reformat. If you receive a pop-up message that the card cannot be formatted, you are doomed. Get a replacement card.

The problem with the c350 is that it does not accept a memory card higher than 1GB! I found that out through the Kodak website and not in the User's Guide!

Hi, I suspect that the SD card is to big for that camera as that camera is a lower end camera. You should try the SD card in a camera that is known to be able to handle such a huge card.

This normally happens when the memory card gets corrupt. Hope you have pressed OK after selecting YES. Check whether the card is locked. SD card has a small Lock button on the top left. If this fails, buy a new SD card and format it in the camera before taking any image.

The largest SD card you can use in your Samsung NV10 is 2GB. thats why once you insert the 8GB sd card its shows card error or need to fromat.
FYI. for every digital camera there's a compatible memory card and you can see from the box or manual and Its writen SD or SDHC.
goodlukc and thank you
