How i can barcode alt+w and read it with Ls2208 scanner

You have to download your setting manual from manufacturer and enable caps recognition through a barcode reading/setting

1st u need to scan the enable Interface Barcode then Scan Any barcode Length

here is the Barcode Scanner Program right now, it seems like being able to scan barcode with Symbol Ls2208 handheld device.

if it is not workiing, go to this barcode website to find more compatible software for Ls2208, i am sure you will find the proper one.

you would need to assign the rules to a specific ruleset. Then you switch between the ruleset to specify which rules are active at the moment. Please see the ADF chapter in the Reference Guide for LS2208 for the barcodes http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=5880807apdf

Attached are the programming barcodes for the LS2208 solve this problem. Print the attached file and scan the barcodes in order 1-10. This will only work on a LS2208. If you scan the Set Defaults barcode it will erase this programming rule.

If you have created your barcodes as "F1" and "F2" you will have to create two Advanced Data Formatting rules with the LS2208 Product Reference Guide. This link will take you to the manual. Print only the barcodes you need from the list below then scan them in the order they are listed:
Begin New Rule
Specific String at Start
F (from the Alpha-numeric section of manual)
1 (from the Alpha-numeric section of manual)
End of message (from the Alpha-numeric section of manual)
Send F1 Key
Save Rule
Begin New Rule
Specific String at Start
F
2
End of Message
Send F2
Save Rule

That should do it!

I had the same problem with LS4278, you need to configurate your keyboard and scanner in the same regional and language options
