The only external connections the AOpen F1713 LCD monitor has, according to my sources;
1) Power Port (Connection) for the power cable
2) VGA port:

On the upper right of the linked page you'll see a VGA connector in blue. Scrolling down a little, under the subheading - Cable quality - you'll see an example of a VGA cable.
The screen resolution is 1280 x 1024
