To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement.

Yes, inverter circuitry is combined in one board together with the power supply circuitry. It is beside the connectors of the power supply board to the mainboard. You can see two high voltage transformers, these are the one producing high voltage feeding the bulbs...

Your problem is caused by the bad Inverter board. Inverter board is the one that responsible for the back-light which is causing by not having a picture...If you don't have a back-light your TV it is of course no picture but everything is good specially the sounds.. The best you can do is to do the following: ...First is to open the back part of your tv so that it could open. ...then find/look for the inverter board.If you are not familiar with it you can find it on the you tube by typing "how to replace inverter board". ...then Just replace the inverter board with the same type & value to fix your problem...

You might have either a faulty LCD cable or screen inverter board.
The LCD cable transfers data signal from the motherboard & video card to the LCD screen. It also supplies high voltage DC power to the screen inverter board. The screen inverter board works as a power supply for the backlight lamp mounted inside the LCD screen. It converts low voltage DC power to high voltage AC power needed for the backlight lamp.

LS2HD32 CEG379B CAJAID, CAJA4465 1114363 are some numbers on the package it came in. You might try LPS#1 on the ribbon cables & their video board connection for the LCD by opening the back 4x5" pannel in the middle & clean reinstall them ? That's what fixed my TV, maybe. So I don't need the board now. It's only about a 5 minute job to clean the 2 ribbon cables.
