I can not reset my tablet to factory reset no matter how many times it will not work

Most tablets have a reset button, look for a small hole on the tablet, switch it on and using a paper clip insert in the hole press down this should reset to factory specs. Take note everything will be deleted so save anything you want to keep

This happened with mine before n I've never been able to get it back on know matter what I tried, nothing worked. So unfortunately it's done for sorry to say. U can try to factory resetting it but if that doesn't work there's nothing else that will. To factory reset hold the power and the volume down button at the same time and if anything happens or the screen reboots it may have worked. U have nothing to lose.

on Zeki Tablet you had to hold both the "Reset" button and the "volume up" button at the same time for about 15-20 seconds it than boots into Safe Mode which you can select a full factory reset. NOT VOLUME DOWN.

If this fails, 1 888 999 4215 is Zeki support. If in warranty, tell them of failure of factory reset. They may request it be sent to them.

A hard reset will fix your dilemma. To do a hard reset first turn your phone off. Press the volume keys+ power button at the same time for about 5-10 seconds, an android logo should bring up. You are now on the system recovery menu, scroll through the options using the volume keys. you will find a prompt asking you if you want to reset factory settings, choose YES and your device should boot up like the first time it was bought. Be warned though, doing a factory reset will delete all your files/ installed apps.

Some tablets will prompt you to reset after you have tried and failed entering the correct password a certain number of times. You can try this, it could work too.

Try this before you do a factory reset by loading the firmware again.

If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. I wound like to reset the tablet to the factory data.

To unlock your tablet, you will have to perform a factory/hard reset of the device.

Performing a hard reset will DELETE ALL DATA from internal device storage and reset the tablet back to the state before you turned on the device for the first time.
