Question about HP Officejet 100 Mobile Inkjet Printer, Bluetooth-Enabled

Open Question

All lights are blinking, it's not possible to turn printer down, only a hard reset helps.

Hello, I have HP Officejet 100 mobile printer. Sometimes, when I print a document that contains several pages, appears an error: While printing the printer stops operate in the middle page (for example - second page), spits out rest of the blank page and all lights starts blinking. The printer doesn't respond any action, only hard reset (unplug battery). After that, it goes normally for a several days and suddenly same behavior, same error. Printer is conected via Bluetooth. It gets these events: 69556: event_dirty_power_up 69552: event_log_no_media_pick Has anyone any idea where the problem is? Thanks for any answer.

SOURCE: HP Photosmart D7360 not seen by PC, despite driver, s/w loaded

Not a solution per se - just a diagnosis. I have decided that the USB out port on the printer is bad - and after wasting time just trying to crack the case, will just use this as a photo printer "offline." It prints beautifully directly from media inserted into any of its onboard slots. I will just have to save things as .jpgs or picture formats to print from this printer. HP didn't have the part available, anyway. I called and inquired.

On-Off light on my HP J4680 Officejet All-In-One printer will not stop blinking and says "Turn power off and then on." I do that and keeps repeating the same message.

Some suggestions from HP:

Turn off the printer, then unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall. Wait about 5 minutes and plug it back in and turn on the printer.

Reset the printer by turning it off, hold the # and 6 keys while turning back on.

If this does not work, do a hard reset - same thing except # and 9 keys.

If this does not work, the printer needs to be serviced or replaced.

Hope this helps.

I have a HP Officejet H470wbt printer ,sometimes it starts to print, and it will print about an inch or so of the invoice than stops, you have to push the resume button, then it kicks out an empty sheet.

I did what they call a power reset. If your printer is turned on, turn it off, if it is plugged in, unplug it, if it has a battery, take it off, push and hold the power button for thirty seconds, replace battery, plug it in and turn it on, wait till all the lights quit blinking and try printing, I did this and it has'nt givin me a problem since

HP Officejet Pro L7580 says I unplugged it, but I didn't!

It sounds like the printer is suffering from some kind of hardware failure which may have been caused by a power surge or similar.

I've never heard of this particular problem and I doubt HP will have either but my advice would be to contact HP support and see if they can provide more information or advise you better.

Unfortunately if my guess is right, there's really not a lot you can do except replace the printer with a new one.
