I turned my tv off, the 10 minutes later it wont turn back on, red light goes to blue like normal, clicks 3 times and back to red. checked the fuses on the power board, the t4ah250v fuse is open.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. I can think of 4 solutions....but what has worked for me is unplug it for 10 minutes then power on but dont push anything ....wait a minute for the computer to re-anylize..then go through your set up menu...hope this helps...Replies are appreciated

Sony TVs has an Optical Block issue. If there is an issue with the optical block, then there will be green, blue patches or tint on the TV display. Try resetting the TV to the factory settings and try Power resetting the TV. Turn Off the TV and remove the power plug from the wall outlet for 1 minute and reconnect it and check the operation. If the issue still persists, then TV may require service. You can contact the Customer relations team and check for the available options. Sony had repaired free of cost for such issues. Hence, contact the customer relations.

If you can open than open your LCD tv & checked Inverter Borad it have White & red color connector may be this board is defective.

1) Can be dust do a good clean
2)Check for the fuse and change it if needed.
3) Capacitor needs to be changed, you'll have to findout which one.

You have a chip that is overheating due to heatsink coumpound being dried up. You need to find that chip and heatsink and apply new compound to both parts.

personally i would call a tv repairman out to fix the set.you can get alot of different opinions on here about what it may or may not be but the best thing to do is call a repaiman and let them fix it

turn on tv, after a few minutes picture goes black, but still have sound. red light blinks 5 times,turn set off same thing happens when you turn set back on. some times it want do it for 10 min.
