Just got a rca universal remote trying to use it for antenna it say we need input code we don't have one only get one channel please help

You can a try another universal remote(some work wonders, others no so), or look through google, and you can find a replacement remote for your TV.

I have a remote for my tv by universal-remocon and can not find the manual with the code for a magnavox tv and how to program it. I have no code, it doesn't work.

I had a similar problem, and my solution was this: I pressed menu on my TV and using my universal remote, went into setup, and then channel search (or near to that), at which point it began searching for analog and digital channels. This can take up to approx. 30 minutes. I suggest you occupy yourself while waiting; it is a sluggish process.

If you want assurance, your TV will have the majority of analog channels (basic cable), and a couple digital. I am basing this wholly on my experience, however. Once finished, it should switch immediately so a channel. Mine was a weather station.

There is no code for the Aveis Tv in the code list but you can try doing this for code search...

1. Manually turn ON your device (TV, VCR, Cable Box)
2. Press and "HOLD" CODE SEARCH
3. Press and release the device button you want to set up (TV, VCR, Cable Box) However, if you are using AUX for a device, press and release AUX first and then the device button for the type of device to be programmed (TV, VCR, or Cable). The selected device button will flash once.
4. Release CODE SEARCH.
5. Press OFF/ON repeatedly until the device turns off (you may have to press up to 100 times at a rate of once per second).
6. Once the device turns off, press and release ENTER.
7. With the device on, press any other button. If the device responds, no further programming is required. If the device does not respond, repeat steps 1-6.
