what usually cause the problem of most tagital tablet not turning on
is when the battery is over charged.the maximum time to charge a battery is six hours when bought new.if you dont it will pose some difficulties later.
there are three options
1. get another battery
2. get a booster to boost the battery
3.you also use LED by pinning its cable to the battery, this will take some time.then wait until the light on the LED goes off.it normally takes 3 days before the LED light turns off.
if you have taken these steps the next thing to do is to put the battery back on your tablet and connect it to a power source i mean electric current and see if it will respond to charging.if it works, then you got your tablet back, but if not please get a new battery.thanks
When there is debris in the connector, you could thy to blow it out with a bellow, used to clean cameras. When there is a loose contact in the tablet, I think you better buy a new one, because repairs could cost more.
It sounds like you've done most of the things you would reasonably be expected to do to make it function; since it is only 2 months old I would strongly urge you to go back to the retailer and make them replace it or refund you, as your rights in most countries/states allow.
If you're set against doing this, try holding down the power and volume down key for at least ten seconds to see if this boots it into hard reset mode. If this doesn't do anything, try again holding down power with each of the other buttons to see if you can activate any other developer/reset modes.
However, I have read reports that this particular tablet has up to a 40% failure rate in its first six months.
If you can possibly get it refunded, do that and buy something else.
If you haven't done so already, try holding the power button down for a long time (30 seconds+) when you switch it on. If no success, try again but hold down the power button *and* the volume-up button when you switch on.
Lol Deer Hunter 2014, Oh my!
Anyways, try another power cord and also try it in another power outlet
If you leave it plugged in for a few hours, does the tablet itself feel hot or warm? Does the plug itself feel hot or warm?
You may need to find someone else who uses the same type of charger or bring your tablet to a pc repair store to see if they have a charger to try it out.
Please make sure the tablet is charged for at least 4-6 hours. Also, make sure the correct button is being used, oftentimes we hear the back or home button has been used in error. If the issue persists, you can try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before. If the power does not come on, please leave it plugged up for 4-6 hours then disconnect it from the power and turn it on.
If your tablet does not have the reset button: With the tablet plugged into the charger, hold the power button for 10 seconds then click the volume up once. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before. If the power does not come on, please leave it plugged up for 4-6 hours then disconnect it from the power and turn it on. Support Troubleshooting Guide
The exclamation mark means that your tablet has no battery left. You should try plugging your tablet in for a few hours before turning it on (if it doesn't turn on by itself.) If that doesn't work and you still see the exclamation mark, I suggest that you ensure the charger is properly plugged in to the socket and that its properly attached to the tablet.
