How can I get a replacement motor board for New Balance?? The Service Number on the manual is incorrect. Treadmill Doctor does not service NB. Help.

see the video and proceed inmediately. lube the rollers bearing.Of course , test a) input voltage motor if there are the motor need repair see my personal TIPS for motor help b) test the output voltage board for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.

You need a new controller board. You can check your manual for how to order replacement parts. It will not be available on the New Balance website. It will actually be from an off-brand treadmill manufacturer that made the treadmill for New Balance.

1) see any wires is burn, and repair.
2) see if there are some electronic component burn, like resistor, capacitor etc, replace the board
3) Test the motor for burn winding.
4) Lube the deck belt , the lack produce enough friction betwen deck vs deck belt.
5) Lube the rollers bearing.

You can order one from treadmilldoctor.com or from Amazon. Just measure your deck length, thickness, and width then search for a matching belt size.

It sound like either the wire harness that goes to upper console is bad or the Motor Control Board that has the 5v or 12v is missing. Here is the bad news New Balance is out of the Treadmill business and do not carry these items anymore. Their might be one other thing you might try is that if this unit was not maintain as owner's manual suggests, then the fuse may have open up. You must open the motor shroud locate motor control board find the fuse, if you have a multi meter check continuity of the fuse if open replace it with the same value ( maybe 15amps). Plug unit in if the display returns then proceed to do the prescribe maintenance in owner's hopefully that the belt and deck was not damaged when it went dead.

The treadbelt can be installed by removing the front roller, the drive belt, rear roller and screws in the siderail. You do not have to remove both sides, just lift the deck and slide new belt on. To save yourself some agravation, you may cut the old belt off.
