It appears to be your parental control feature, or lock function. Try the codes 3001 or 1234 to reset the lock feature.
Press: Menu>Features>Parental Control(Child Lock)>Select,
then enter the code.

There are many reasons why you could be prevented from accessing fb from your Tablet. One of which is the configurations. The settings on your Tablet could have been set to do that. If someone else did the configurations e.g. a parent configuring a child's laptop or Tablet, parental control settings allow parents to determine which applications can be accessed and which cannot.

The browser component of the Android tablet is a built in software package. It cannot be easily removed, disabled, or otherwise hidden. However, there are other applications that you can download from the Play market that allow you to mask what applications your child can interact with. These applications, when downloaded, will allow your child only to have access to the parts of the tablet YOU say they can, and nothing else.

Some suggestions:

• Kids Place - Parental Control
• Famigo
• App Lock

While the three above are just the top three in the market that do what you want, there are plenty of others to choose from as well.

When sharing a tablet, phone, or smart device, it is wise to setup an environment that is safe for the other person while still keeping control. These applications allow you to specificy what you want shared, allowed, and available on the tablet, without affecting the operation of the machine. So, they should work for you quite well.

I am guessing that this actually involves your GooglePlay account and not the Meep parent portal account, as all Meep parent accounts use a parent's email and the emails don't go to the tablet in any way, other than through the Meep Together parental contral app which would involve a password to access. We have had people use their personal Gmail accounts for the Meep's GooglePlay and have this happen. This is why it's recommended to create a new Gmail account just for the Meep. The best thing to do is Open GooglePlay and change the account, creating a new one.

The only way this can happen is if you mean you used your own Gmail for Google Play on the Meep. The parent account will not send email to the tablet, but we have seen this happen through Google Play. This is why we suggest you create a new Gmail for the Meep. You can change the email you use right in Google Play.
