I have a samsung UN50EH5000F LED TV. I have a blank screen. I have audio and if you put a flashlight to the screen there is an image. There are no backlights
I replaced the led driver board and have the same issue

Interesting because the voltage you are reading is for ccfl tubes backlighting but the tv says its led. If you look up the parts though they say the screen is amx and it is lcd. Look at the edge and see if the screen has tubes or chains of leds on strips. LED doesn't fire at 500 it is 130-150 vdc
