My rca 7" tablet was dropped. It's like an internal screen is broke. I believe the outside screen is plastic, bc it's not broken. Is this fixable?

In a pinch, you can pop the lid open on these by sliding a credit card between the screen and base chassis. Typically when the latch breaks on a tc4200/4400 it will need to be replaced unless it is simply jammed.

You need to buy a new screen an have it installed. If you are not an electronic technician, don't try to do it yourself.

I purchased a 7" rca tablet and keyboard case... I dropped my tablet cracking the screen.. Can I simply buy another 7" rca tablet and be ready to use or what now??

go to a phone repair shop as a new screen will be about 1/2 the price of a new tablet and you will still have it all set up
