I have cancelled many things on Amazon, but not a digital order. You should be able to go into your Amazon account and cancel that order. I don't know how they would even process a kindle book if you don't have a device.
How do you cancel an order on Amazon Kindle?
To return a Kindle book: Go to Manage Your Content and Devices. From Your Content, select the Actions button next to the title you want to return, and then select Return for Refund. In the pop-up window, select Return for Refund.
Immediately after you click on the buy button, on the sale confirmation page there is an option to cancel the order. This option is only available for several minutes after the purchase. After that you will need to contact Amazon support by email or phone. The eBook will be removed from all your Kindles and apps and you will be issued a refund.
