I'd have to check headlamp voltage circuit to the headlamp switch, red wire, see if it is hot. Use a testlight. Next, I'd have to check voltage circuits to and from dimmer switch for high and low beams.
Sorry Shannon but this is something best left to an automotive electrical repair shop. This is very complex with lighting control module controlling the lights . But if you want to try ,I suggest you go to youtube an check out some videos on basic electrical trouble shooting , how to read wiring diagrams , voltage drop testing . Then buy a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter . Go to http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html , You can get free wiring diagrams there.
