Try to remove and reinstall the dimm board located in the main controller board . You can wash all the board but with an adequate liquid ( never use water, soap or alcohol) and use a hair dryer after washing the board it must be completely dry before powering up the copier

In my experience the 804 error code relates to the location/availability of a file. If you are trying to print/access a particular file check the path and make sure you have permission to access it.
E020 0000 The path between the sub hopper and the developing assembly is clogged with toner.
1.Check the rotation of hopper motor gear. (If rotating, false detection by the sensor is doubted. Feed the toner to the developing unit in service mode: CLEAR>ENGIN>TNRINST.) 2.Replace the Developing Assembly Toner Sensor (TS1). 3.Replace the Sub Hopper Toner Sensor (TS2). 4.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).
