Half way through playing new high levels candy crush out 2/10/16 tried to purchase extra moves to finish a level when game froze and went off screen. Now will not load on iPad or synced iPhone?

Very gently unplug the battery cable for two minutes... I used a pair of tweezers and worked it out. Plugged it back in and it is fine. What a relief. I have read that if it goes to sleep while plugged in via usb, it freezes? Don't know. Just be careful when pulling the battery!

You sure you want sound? Its the same repetitive 6 second whistling looped over and over. Usually one you start the game you just turn up/down the volume using the buttons. Unless there is an in game mute. Possibly a side switch like on the iphone.

SOURCE: I was on level 347 on candy crush and I pushed something that brought me back to level 1. I do not want to start over. Can I go back?
