Is it possible to retrieve the video from hdd that has been deleted? please help... thanks

Those deleted videos are highly possible to be recovered, you should use video recovery software to help, here are some programs you may rely on. Both programs can also recover photo and music files.

A Tip: Before your videos are recovered, do not attempt to save more files to the handycam memory card or stick in case the original files(your videos) are overwritten.

Did you delete the SPAM mails??? if deleted it's not possible to retrieve...if not deleted type a hint on search box and search I think you will find it....

Deleting files from camcorder is just like clearing the recycle bin or Trash onyour comptuter. The data itself isn't deleted, just the area containing the deleted data is also now marked as free space so it is available for any new data to be written there instead. Photos can be retrieved from both HDD and camera memory card. To increase chances for successful recovery do it asap without saving or installing anything on PC or taking new photos. You need to install retrieving program (there are many on the web, some of them free). When you launch program, it can take hours till all lost files on HDD are detected. It takes much less time for a memory card on camera. After that you can pick the ones you'd like to be restored.

When files are deleted they still remain on camcorder hard drive and can be recovered, unless they have been overwritten by fresh data.

The only thing to do so run a data recovery program to see what can be recovered. The only program I have tested is asoftech data recovery software and it had done the job well. download the data recovery from http://www.asoftech.com

Select the drive where your files were deleted and then do a deep scan. It will find your deleted files.
