Medium (with a touch of pink):

• 140-150 °F (60-65 °C) Internal appearance pink red color; moist with clear pink juice. Approximate cooking and resting time: 30-35 min./lb. plus 8-10 min. resting

Well-done:

• 150-165 °F (65-75 °C) Internal appearance no pink or red, slightly moist with clear juices

it will run slow for 40 mins at a slow speed, after 15 mins of running fast, the batteries get too hot

Have the thermostat replaced and have the water pump checked at the same time .

clear two part medium dry epoxy glue is what we use in the body shop.it wont dry to fast or to slow about 15 mins.to a hour dry time.

Remove the battery out of the camera for 15 mins, then insert the battery and go to the camera's menu setting and set the date and time.

sounds like the turbo bearings are siezing and when really hot it releases.

Try to turn it on by holding the ON/OFF switch more than 15 seg. Do it several times if it does not work in the first time. Mine is only working this way. Antonio Cesar Brazil
