SOURCE: dnx7100 ipod problem

The USB source is not for Ipods, from what I understand. The Ipod needs to be connected with the Ipod cable, $50 or so. I think it is a high speed connection.

SOURCE: kenwood kvt m700- playing cds

The M700 is purely a monitor so you will not be able to control play, pause, stop, skip, FF or RWD. I use my DVD player as a CD player and have to use the DVD remote to change tracks.

SOURCE: On my ddx512 y does my amp not turn on when i pick

sounds like you are using the antenna turn on wire (solid blue) instead of the amp remote wire (blue/white stripe) to turn your amp on.

How can I restore the tv picture to my tv combi

Make sure you haven't selected the wrong input using the input or source button on your remote control. You may have to cycle through several choice until you get to TV or Tuner or something similar. Cycle slowly, some TV's take a few seconds to render the picture one you choose a different input source.

Scheduled a timer recording of a program on a DVD+R and when I went to play it back all I got on the screen was noise and snow. I now realize that I used the wrong disc (should have used only DVD-R). ...

Hi,During timer recording adjustment you must have selected what ever you want to record..i.e: Tuner Channel , or ,Video1 input ,or Video 2 input etc..This problem is related with Source selection but not with - + type Disc..wrong disc will refuse to record at the beginning..

The noise and snow shows that your recorder was Recorded an unadjusted RF channel..thus no TV signal was available during recording ..
I assume that your DVD recorder has built in TV tuner in...To correct the problem, first you make an automatic Ch set up ,search the available channels either on the Cable (if you have ) or RF local channels thru Arial Antenna..
than you try to record again by carefully selecting ..you will record TV RF channels successfully. Or you can attach another video source to your Recorder thru the RCA cables on the back panel and by selecting the respective SOURCE in accordance withe cabling you have made than you will record the AV signals available on your Receiver..
If you need more help pls let me know for further advise.

I am getting sounds only out of my tuner selection (radio) source

I would start off by doing exactly that removing the black box tuner out of the equation. The next question is did you install the black box or did you have someone else install it for you. If the box is not installed propperly then the audio outs could not be wired up correctly. Double check all of your connections. It could be something as simple as bad or no power to the box.

Jpeg image as background

I had the same thing happen to me. When the thumbdrive is in, make sure the source that is selected is the tuner, preferably. Then go to the monitor setup in the preferences and change the background that way. If it doesnt leave me a message.

Xm radio

This is from the Pioneer Electronics Website; Touch the source icon and then touch ?AUX? to select AUX as the source. When the source icon is not displayed, you can display it by touching the screen. If the auxiliary setting is turned ?OFF?, ?AUX? cannot be selected. I would assume you just need to disable the AUX button. Best of Luck.

Can tune mitsubishi HS-651V video player/recorder to watch TV.

Hi Jaco, Have you fed in your Antenna / cable into the Rear of the VCR? And if your VCR has a Input selection switch, just check input to Tuner. You will get Blue screen if input selction is not Tuner but Camera / External source. If this does not solve your problem, then there is no Input selection happening.
