The most likely reason is that the components on the Control Panel are fried. This appears to be a UK or South African machine so voltage is 220 volts, and you were 100 volts over, twice what it was supposed to be. You may be able to make a claim on your electrical utilities company as they are supposed to give you a stable voltage. They may decline and say it was a lightning strike and an 'Act of God', but check weather records and counter claim.
I do not believe that is a 1E I think it's an IE error code which would be water inlet wiring or something like that. Here is the code list, scroll down until you find IE, Daewoo errors start at E2, hope this helps.
The manufacturer has assigned this error or fault code to indicate that the washer is not filling with water. Check to be sure the water supply valves are open. Also, check to be sure the water supply hoses aren't kinked or clogged. Next, remove the hoses from the washing machine and run water into a bucket to test the pressure and flow of the water. If all of these check out and you have good water pressure and flow to the machine, you should replace the water inlet valve. TO TEST IT SEE PICS ATTACHED

my washing machine returns the 1E error and its not the pressure switch. when i bypass it works but wants to reset it. How do i operate the control panel to reset. please help
1.To reset the control panel of your Samsung WA7584C1 washing machine, you can follow these steps:
2.Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet.
3.Wait for a few minutes to ensure that any residual power is discharged from the machine.
4.Plug the washing machine back into the power outlet.
5.Press and hold the "Start/Pause" button for approximately 5 seconds.
6.Release the "Start/Pause" button once the control panel lights up or resets.
Check if the error code (1E) has been cleared.
If the above steps don't work, consult the user manual of your washing machine for specific instructions on how to reset the control panel or troubleshoot the 1E error code. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact Samsung customer support for further assistance or to schedule a service appointment.
