I cannot get my tablet to work I have tried booting it and I have done the factory data thing and it will not do anything!

Factory reset it,

Power off completely
2. then hold down the volume down button
3. holding the button press the power on button.
4. if done properly you should have several android boot options
5. select "Factory data reset"
6. Done

Note: if the volume down did not work, try the Volume Up button

I'm not familiar with that specific tablet, but all Android devices have a way to enter a recovery mode menu that allow you to clear the cache or do a full factory reset. First, try the 'clear cache' option. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a full factory reset (and you'll lose all of your apps and data).

• Turn off your tablet all the way.
• Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see the Recovery Mode menu.
• From menu on your screen choose option "clear cache" or "delete cache" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
• Try to restart your tablet. If it still doesn't work, then do the same thing again, but this time...
• From menu on your screen choose option "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
• After that select option "Yes -- delete all user data", and confirm that.

I had a similar problem with my android tablet and this worked for me. Go to settings, manage applications, then google play store and then clear data. Then go back to manage applications and to google play services and then clear data. Once that is done then restart you tablet and the error should have been eliminated. If not you will have to do a factory reset which will erase all of your data on the tablet.

If you cannot unlock the tablet, look up the way to do a hard reset. You will lose all data, but it's one of your only options.

Usually the following method works:
1. Turn the tablet off.
2. Hold the volume down button.
3. Hold the power button.
This should boot you into your devices restore/update screen. If that combination does not work, volume up + power should.
4. Navigate to the wipe data/factory reset.
5. Wait for it to reload, and you're done.
