I had my Roku hooked up to one of the hdmi ports. I plugged in the wrong power supply into my Roku and it started smoking. I quickly unplugged it but now, none of the hdmi ports work. should I change the main board
Unfortunately, you fried the HDMI controller. Not necessarily part of the power supply "main board." (Not sure which board is the HDMI controller in your specific TV. It's usually a separate board by itself). Easiest workaround is to use the "Component" cable connectors. The downside is you only get 720P. However, most cable/satellite and _all_ antenna signals are only 720P anyway. Most people only see 1080P when viewing Blu-Ray discs. Aside from replacing the HDMI controller, the cheapest workaround for multiple source connections is to buy an HDMI to Component Converter A/V box, which allows you to connect multiple devices to one box with one set of Component cables connecting to the TV. Then select various "sources" via the box.

Please check the U29 8 pin little surface mount mosfet it has this letters > FDS4935 > > In this part inputs 13.2 volts which is ok for the near 12 vdc but it > outputs 1.250 vdc i am 100% sure that this is all the problem > > check it out, and tell me if you´re agree with me > > On this output pin it feeds the audio Ic, the 7809 and the tuner side board > which needs de 12vdc too and its getting only the 5vdc part > > what do ya think?? > > Richard

unplug ur backlight inverter plug &power on to see ,if it doesnt on , change ur mainboard

You will have to isolate the main board and Inverters.
Unplug the inverters and turn on the set.
If it "turns on" then try re-connecting each inverter seperately to see if only one is causing the problem.

If the TV goes in standby, then it is in protection mode.
Ensure also that the fault is not coming from a faulty receiver box sending
bad signal, check if you get same problem on DVD with no receiver box
connected.
Try first leaving the TV power cord unplugged for some times, let say one hour or so.
The flashing light indicates a diagnostic state called protection.
When the TV goes on protection there are only two possible causes.
1The
internal circuits are jammed because of electrostatic
charges accumulating on capacitors, or because of a wrong voltage read
by the main chip on your monitor controller board. this started the
protection circuit.
2 The protection circuit detected a wrong
voltage or abroken contact, identified an internal fault and kicked in
, starting the flashing light.
If you are in situation one, then the TV will reset just unplugging power cord for one or two hours, sometimes even minutes.
If you are in situation 2 , then there is an internal fault.
If under warranty contact the manufacturer ringing the number on the user manual

particular attention at inverter and power board, power board can be
inspected looking for bulged or leaking capacitors, then tested with a
multimeter. The inverter is more difficult to test , there is need to
read voltages, should be done by a tech. Also the LCD controller board can cause same problem
