Where is the jumper location in the panel?

Cut jumpers one by one, and determine which one causes flickering !!!!!!

first of all check if you put all of the capacitors in the right way its more possible that one was put wrong and now its blown
also the best thing to do is to replace all of the capacitors at the Power Supply Unit except the one handling the 450 V (they arent above 20 ) just to be sure.

The capicitors could be failing on your power board. Have look at the power board and see if any are bulging at the top.

If the display is blank then that does not necessarily mean there is no power.Please check the panel located at top inside the door. If that too is blank then the controller could be faulty or the power coming to the controller could have cut off. One reason might be the heater fuse is blown. This is located within the heater element and the whole heater assembly needs to be replaced. Alternatively, the power filter is blown. This is located at the base of the dish drawer assembly under the drawer. If you are not familiar with repairing dishwashers, you will need to call the technician.

The brown outs created by your AC unit may have caused some internal damage to the Power board or the inverter board. If you aren't able to do the basic electronic dignostics required, take it to a professional to have it diagnosed.
If you're handy and able to do some basic diagnostics with a VOM, remove the back of the TV and look for bulging capacitors or check for possibly blown fuses with an Ohm meter.

You have problem with your power supply, power cord and if you are technically know how you may inspect the power supply if fuse blown. If Black color you have problem on the power supply this is for serviceman only, if slight clear and you set a cut you may try to replace it.

check your fuses (all of them if you have to) for any that are blown. there is a slight chance that one quit and she didn't notice it and the other finally died. also under the hood near the battery you should be able to locate another fuse panel. take off the lid and try to locate the relay for the headlights it may have failed.

MY TV died over a year ago and for some strange reason I never got rid of it. I recently (today) replaced two capacitors and it works great again! It wasn't difficult to solder them on- and this was the first time I've touched a soldering iron. Open the back... you will see which capicitors are bad because they will be swollen. I ordered new capicitors online (Radio Shack didn't carry them). Just make sure that you solder them on in the right direction. The first time I tried the capicitor immediatley blew, the TV started smoking, and it left the room smelling of funk for a few hours.
