How do I uninstall apps that won't let me force stop or disable. They can reroute my outgoing calls change ,change what I think I am seeing.

Facebook is embedded into the system OS and cannot be uninstalled. You can only disable it, Go into Settings, Apps and find Facebook. Open the app and disable.

You need to run the "applications manager".
If you open the icon labeled "Apps", "setting should be in there on one of the pages.
Once you are in "Settings", scroll down to the "phone" section.
There you will find "Applications", open "Applications".
The top of the list should be the "Applications manager".
You will see a list of "All apps", Some of them came pre- installed on your Galaxy Tab, and can't be deleted. But they can be forced to stop and disabled.
Apps that you have installed that you want to delete can be
"Uninstalled".

Try checking the amount of internal memory remaining... Settings > Memory, then read or scroll to internal/phone memory ... if the remaining unused memory is too low then the game will normally stop as you described or freeze forcing you to restart the phone.
If the memory is too low you will have to uninstall an app or two... obviously begin by uninstalling any apps you dont use first!

Hello. Not every app will be able to uninstall if it comes with the phone. If you are not using them, they aren't doing anything to your phone except taking up a small amount of space. Remember, if an app is uninstallable that came with the phone, you will not be able to get it back, even if you factory reset the phone.

If you are sure you want to try and uninstall or disable apps on your phone.. this is the procedure:

Settings > Application Manager > (slide the screen all the way to the right) ALL > (tap on the app(s) you want to uninstall or disable (next to Force Stop button there's either an Uninstall button or there's a Disable button

To remove the ones that are not uninstallable, you will have to ROOT your phone. Note if you ROOT your device and you mess up on the instructions, you can potentially mess up your phone making it unusable. Also, if you ROOT your device, you will not be able to get any kind of servicing help from the manufacturer. (this is for advanced users). Once you ROOT the phone, you will have administrator rights over all files on the device, if you accidentally uninstall an application that you think you do not use, but the phone needs to have, you can mess up your phone. Think about this need to uninstall these apps before deciding that it is a must do. This may be more trouble then it is worth. Why not just DISABLE them instead. Remember: Should you want to sell your phone.. if you uninstall an app that came with the phone, you can not get it back even if you Factory Reset the device.. It will be gone forever.

A lot of people are obsessed with disabling and removing apps when it is not necessary.

1-Go to Settings > Application manager
(and scroll to the All tab. Find your Facebook app and tap Clear cache and Force stop).
2-Restart your Note 4, and see if the issue is resolved.
3-Check in the Google+ app. (Tap the three dots at the top right and choose Settings, then tap your name under Account Settings and choose Facebook).
4-Try unchecking Keep Facebook up to date.

Some people report that they resolved the issue by disabling Google+ or uninstalling updates for it.

If you're speaking of a cellphone, you can go to your settings and choose apps. Scroll down until you see the app that you want to take off your screen and choose it. Then you will have the option to force stop or uninstall. Choose uninstall and it'll quickly uninstall that particular app. Repeat process if it's more than one. I hope this was helpful

Force stopping the app wouldn't hurt. Also you could try and uninstalling the app,then reinstall it, that clears up issues sometimes.

Either uninstall the apps. or do a force stop by goingto menu- settings-applications manager click the game or app.and force stop or uninstall.
