Disconnect first the mains, power plug off the wall. You could have a clog in your soap drawer; pull the dispenser drawer completely out. There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer to remove. Clean the soap drawer with an old tooth brush. The usual block could be old soap, softener, etc. (you could also be using too much soap powder). I usually use just above 125ml (my measure cup says ml, I use front loader powder for the 5.5kg load) The wash is very gud. This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing. Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Next could be one of hoses has become loose, should be re-fixed. Examine by removing top of the front loader; this will give you a gud view of the pipes. If helped, click.
hi you need to replace the inlet valve, take off the top panel and you will see the valve behind the soap drawer with the black hoses.you can get a book from asko.com.au
remove soap drawer and dismantle softener syphon assy , clean and reasemble , whilst drawer is out check water jets in roof of soap container , clean all but especially ones over the conditioner compartment, replace drawer and re-try.
make sure the drawer is closed all the way , and that you don't have a build up of soap in side where the dispensor drawer slides , this could keep the water from going into the washer.
Try cleaning inside the the machine where the soap dispenser drawer fits into. Sometimes this builds up with lots of soap and fabric conditioner residue and stops the conditioner from going through.
Take the drawer back out and look inside where it goes to see if there is a build up of soap etc...
hope this helps
try take the drawer out and clean the inside where the drawer fits into. It may have a build up of soap/softener etc.. then give the drawer itself a good clean including the bottom of the drawer. I have this problem from time to time where there is a build up of soap etc...
I have a 12505 also. It is a 220VAC unit. There are two fuses that are intended to be accessible from the rear. On our unit, these blow every few years and need to be replaced. The unit shows no signs of life when they go. The fuse holders tend to disintegrate from the heat, so I have had to replace these multiple times also.
