Is it going through a hub/switch. If so, try direct connect.

reset it hold the power button in for 10 seconds

my tab xtouch x 716s not open requra google account so please give you advise how to open

I have same problem as you have: the on /off switch completely not work . It cannot start only way use the reset pin then cannot off.Mine also has freezing problem.I went to setting then go to factory reset erase all my data. The freezing gone but the on / off switch still not work then I think this could hardware problem. Only way is open it up.Since this is a traumata act I have to use as the last act.Meanwhile I set the display screen close in 2 minutes when want to stop it.Any one here have any better idea please help.

There are two things you can try for this. The first is to reboot the tablet using the power switch. The other is to press in the Reset button on the backside of the Meep. If neither of these helps the situation, you'll want to contact the OSI call center.

Check the software.
I fix a lot of these devices and most of the time it is a software issue.. make sure if someone has installed a new firmware for the device.
