you will need to get a big cloth soak it with neat bleach and put the cloths in the door on the rubber tap down on cloth and leave over night in the morning do a rinse wash after taking out the cloths OK then you should of sorted the stains on the rubber if you want to get rid of the smell in the machine put two or three small caps of bleach in the machine put machine on 60 you can put old towels in the make the water get all round the machine but after it finished do two rinses OK so all bleach is gone OK

sounds like the belt may be starting to slip and if not its the motor

sounds like you have two problems, the burning smell is probably the pump,out of balance is usually due to worn aout suspension rods

are you using gel casules that go into the machine instead of powder if so stop using them and go to powder also put a small cap full of bleach in machine and put machine on a hot wash no clothes in.let machine rinse through

The belt could be worn and will be slipping on the pullys, as it spins up the rubber , rubs against the pullys and that is what creats the burning rubber smell, the belt needs replacing.
