You may need to get the drivers for your phone. Usually the phone comes with a cd to install software on the computer. if not you should be able to download it from the phone manufactures website :)
HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I WENT UNDER WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER AND PULLED UP MY MUSIC LIBRARY, OR IN OTHER WORDS, SONGS I ALREADY HAD DOWNLOADED AND SAVED TO MY COMPUTER. THEN I WAS ABLE TO DRAG TRACKS OVER TO THE RIGHT HAND SIDE AND CLICK ON "SYNC". THEN THEN SONGS UPLOADED TO THE TRIO PLAYER. HOPE THIS HELPS!
you have to delete it straight from the trio....i had the same problem....but now my media library wont update so its useless cuz i cant even get it come up on my computer
All you should have to do is go to the manufactures website and download the drives for the player and then you can either use windows media player or drag and drop your musc to add it on your player
you tube videos are of .FLV format they cant be directly played in mp3 players u need a software total video converter convert them in mpeg4 or 3gp your work is done
update ur phone tru the SE website, then reload the software on ur comp..try connecting with the usb, follow wizard, and once u r connected, while disconnecting eject properly as the manual tells u to..All the best
