It has been a while but I think it can be fixed by replacing the chip on the cartridge. A local cartridge refiller could probably replace it for a small fee.

HI ayyasamyr:
This your problem.
13.10 PAPER JAM The event log message for a paper-delay jam in the duplexer is 13.10.
1. Check the duplexer and the rear area of the printer for obstructions or damage.
2. Check PS1701 and PS1703 in the duplexer for correct operation. Replace the
duplexer if a sensor is defective.
Hope this helps

This is related to the JetDirect Card and the specific print job attempting to print. If JetDirect is 615 or lower slide out JetDirect card and power cycle printer once it comes up o.k power down and
slide JetDirect card back in once the printer is back up look on the display for processing job which may take 5 minutes but it is the offending job trying to print again as it is still in the print que. If you are quick enough you can hit cancel on the display panel to cancel the corrupt printjob and if you are successful then the other print jobs stacked behind it should start printing away with no problem. Hp blames the 49 error on a plethora of problems though mine are usually related to documents using different versions of Adobe and also PowerPoint printjobs that are excessively large as the print spooler cannot handle them but it is always a corrupt print job and once that is cleared no problem. Occasionaly replacing the JetDirect card is required to solve the issue. With the 620 Jetdirect card no need to remove it just unplug the network cable same procedure as above.

Print Cartridge Motor Error.
Try removing then re-installing the cartridge. If that does not work then you will need to try a different toner cartridge as the toner cartridge is "locked up". These are the most common solutions. If none of these work then you have a cartridge drive problem and will need to contact a service center.

The 59 error code means that there is a problem with the printer motor. Sometimes this coincides with an problem with the ETB (electrostatic transport) message. If the ETB message is there, check that it is properly installed or replace it. It is also called the Image Transfer Unit, c9734a.
Otherwise, press the Select button (green with the check mark) then turn the printer off and on. Check if the message persists. If it does, then try a cold reset of the unit. Watch the printer control panel closely during the reset procedure. Turn on the printer and press and hold Select when you see the memory start counting. Hold the Select button until the lights (Ready, Data, and Attention) flash once and then become steady. Release the Select button when the lights are steady. The Control Panel will read Select Language. Press the Down arrow once and the display will read Cold Reset. Press Select. The cold reset will be preformed and then the usual startup will resume. If the message persists, the unit needs service.

For more information on the ETB kit, see http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c00004080&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=409994 . There is a flag attached to the ETB that sometimes comes loose and can be reseated to correct the problem. If it breaks, you need to replace the ETB.
I hope this helps.

I'll list what the book says, but if you haven't got the basic knowledge
you are going to have to call a printer tech. Good luck
1.
Press CANCEL JOB to clear the
print job from the printer
memory.
2.
Turn the printer off and then
back on.
3.
Try printing a job from a

If the job prints, go back to
the first application and try

certain software application or
print job, contact the software
vendor for assistance.
4.
If the message persists with
different software applications

cables to the printer that
connect it to the network or
PC.
5.
Turn the printer off.
6.

or third-party DIMMs from the
