Theres a stripe line if I use my samsung SL30 digital camera in a bright place but in dark place the camera sa good and thers no stripe line.

it might be a damaged sensor or scratches on your lens!...

The battery requires recharging else a new battery is required to replace a depleted once. Perform a power recharge of the device for several hours to attain full capacity. The camera lense should responde there after.

Slide the lock switch on the SD card away from the lock position. It is a small plastic switch, usually yellow or white, on the side of the card.

There is a picture label in the battery compartment that will indicate how they go in. However, if you know you've installed the batteries correctly and it still doesn't work, there is a good chance you've installed the incorrect type of battery in the camera. Check the battery package and verify it can be used for digital cameras - they use a special type for digital cameras even though they look the same size.

Go into the menu and find "copy"...it will give you the option to copy the internal memory to a memory card.

Go to menu, function, photo style selector, select normal. Hope that works for ya

The best thing to do after downloading all your pictures to your computer is to format the card in the camera. This prevents the card from getting fragmented, which is a sure recipe for disaster.

theres a setting somewhere on it to where you can change the brightness of the screen. the lcd on mine doesnt work so i couldnt tell you how to get to it. hopefully, the lcd isnt cracked.
