Hi My Lg washer & dryer 7 4 kg WD-1433RD isn't displaying on the window OE and won't wash or rinse or spin, just feels up with water and displays this. Please help me

Its is a direct drive front loader with 7kg capacity for washing and 3.5kg capacity for drying.

when new
thats 7 kg with wet clothes and water
and only 3.5 kg wet clothes to dry

the older it gets the less weight it can wash and dry

worn motor or drum overload if it doesnt want to spin at all

leak at the door . replace the door seal ..is a most common fix

It has 9 preset settings, 400 - 1200 RPM, 5 temperature settings, digital display and delayed start timer.

if it is like my dishwasher the oe code means the unit is over filled with water. My dishwasher had a major fault that blew up a circuit board and had a faulty front assembly. Still in repair shop waiting for parts.. I would deduct that the washing machine is not emptying water so I think a water pump could be failing. My dishwasher was not activating the washer motor and came up with the same code but..

OE is a drain error and is displayed when the washer is unable to drain water. Please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any clogs to clean the error. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

CL means that the child lock feature is active and the control panel buttons will not respond. For the LG WD1433RD, press and hold the Rinse+ and Pre-Wash buttons together for about 3 seconds to toggle the lock off. For the LG WD14311RD, press and hold Option and Rinse for about 3 seconds. On both washers, there is a small icon between the two buttons needed to toggle the child lock feature on and off. (It's a small face above a padlock.)

My LG Front Loader Washing Machine WD-1433RD having a leakage from Front when it fills the water up to ~70% of water. There is no leakage prior to that level. Please help me to fix this.

Owners manual above. LG washing machine error code – OEThe LG error code OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Presumably the water isn’t being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn’t pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.
