The display shows no ice-read owners manual. can anyone help?

Have a technician test the start capacitor on the compressor. When they go bad the motor will draw excessive current which trips the thermal overload switch on the compressor. It usually resets itself once the compressor case has cooled down.

you mus read your owner manual for reset the light. Normally you must disconnect the power cord from outlet, by 45 seconds, and connect again. or download the i.manual from www.manualslib.com

Here's the owners manual; I don't think they ever produced a _repair_ manual for outside consumption. They want you to buy new hardware, not make what you've got last forever. 5-10 years, fine, but not forever.

Beyond that, there are several things that can cause the ozone (O3) production to stop.

1) Missing or damaged plasma discharge plates.
2) Safety cut-out switch not engaged by lint screen.
3) Damaged high-voltage wiring.
4) Damaged high-voltage controls or electronics.

I'd need more details to go beyond this. Let me know.
