Question about Zeki Berk Ulu TBDG1073B 10" Tablet AndroidTM 4.1
I have a zeki tablet that is new it was freezing and now wont turn on. ive tried reseting and every other suggestion i have read. i would like it replaced. i dont feel i should have to have it fixed myself when it is new less than 2 months old and has n ot been dropped or damaged
The warranty information would have been included with the paper work that was boxed with the product.
Check with the the Zeki help line for sorting the issue and you can query them on warranty at the same time. Typically the product will have a 12 month warranty if you purchased locally and you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping or taking the item to their nominated repair center for checking and repair or replacement as they deem fit in line with their warranty terms. If you purchased the product in another country you typically will not be able to make a claim locally unless there is a global warranty that applies.
