Go to settings and look for device info or about device or similar. then look for build number and tap it 5 times to enable developer option. Go back to settings and you should see it. This is for all Android phones doesn't matter what brand.

I forgot my PIN and unable to access

Hi there, it is very easy to break your pattern lock if you already forget any of your android devices, but there is one condition, it is only possible if you already enabled "usb debugging" option in the "developer mode". if not you can't break your lock,
if you already enabled usb debugging, you can use any pattern lock remover software, it is very easy to do. here is the download link Android Multi Tools v1 02b FAISAL JEE rar ,

in case of mobiles, you want to tap on build number for 7 times to enable Developer Mode, which you can find under "About Device" (last option in settings)

you can learn these method for future if not working at this time,

Thank you.

How can i sync my android phone to my hp laptop

in your android phone's settings enable or access developer options and turn on usb debugging,( if you don't know how to access developer options you can google your android phones model and android version and how to enable usb debugging) once you enable it just plug it into your laptop and it should recognize it and automatically download the correct driver, if not, go to your phones manufacture's website and look for driver downloads for your model and android version. you can also google this to save time.

How can i enable usb debugging for pioneer r1?

Generally, to enable hidden developer features in Android (like usb debugging):
Go to Menu-Settings-About device
Tap on "Build number" multiple times. You should start to see a message that says something like "Tap 3 more times to enable developer mode" and so on until it says Developer mode enabled. You should then have a Developer options selection available in your menu that includes a USB debugging option.
