Most of today's electronics are disposable as far as the public goes. The companies that make the item may take them back an referbis them but it's almost impossible for individuals to get parts other than chargers. Try eBay and find your model for parts only.

"my tablet is on charge but it keep going in and out how do I get it to stop doing that"

I'm not sure just what you mean, but I did have a charging problem with my Tab 3. I plugged in the USB and the power went off. IF I unplugged it I could turn it back on, but would go off again as soon as I plugged it in. I searched Google and found that I had to replace the charging port. Samsung would do it for $99! HAH! Not worth it. YouTube has several how to videos that show you how to do it, but it's pretty techie. I bought a new charging port with the ribbon attached which made it a bit easier. Cost me $4.60 from Amazon. Here's a link to the cable dock connector. If you go to YouTube and search for replacing the charging USB you'll find several videos, some pretty good, some don't show you much. Just check each one for which one help you best.

Here is a link to the users manual for your tablet.
There is a hole on the back of the tablet that you can stick a paper clip in to reset the computer. If this doesn't work then I would make sure you have the right charger for the tablet. You have to use the round DC charging hole to charge it. It will not charge thru the USB port.

Charging port broken

Honestly, even if you could find the part (not likely - tablets are commodity items these days), you would need specialized tools to de-solder the remainder of the old port and solder the new port, and you would risk damaging other components because of the proximity of parts on these small circuit boards. If you want to take it on, research who actually builds the tablet and contact them about parts. A better option might be to find one with a broken screen or some such (check local 'for sale' sites) and try to swap only that part (if the charging port happens to be connected to a smaller 'side' board rather than the main board). Tough one. Good luck.

Cannot get it to charge from the computer and it will not set up the wifi keeps saying scanning and then disconected

Sounds like a loose USB port or defective communication circuit to me. If you have done repairs like this before, you can do it yourself. Otherwise ask a friend or a local repair shop. Free guides can ususally be found on google and youtube, the usb port or motherboard should be available on any auction website or tablet part suppliers.

I need to remove my bios password

You can try the old parallel port dongle trick.

Do a search on google for the Toshiba Password Removal. If you are enclined enough you can build your own parallel port key that will wipe the password out.

If you would rather buy a premade port key, search on eBay for something like this -

I found a schematic once online, a long while back when I had the need, and built my own out of spare parts in my shop. Worked great... only had to use it once for a customers laptop. But I still hang on to it just in case someone else comes along. There is also a USB version I believe.
