Unfortunatley these 2 components have pieces of their silicon body missing and as such cannot read the part no,s.do you not have acess to circut diagrams?

have you got chain at manufacture's specification for free play , piece of silicone is i presume a piece of rubber ,has this come away from any oil seals? gasket from rocker cover ? or anything that looks as if it has a piece missing,i'd check these before reassembly just for piece of mind
For this model I personally have some experience. If your engine has the throttle body like the carburator ,follow the steps I recommend. If you have a good knowledge on mechanics, remove the throttle body carefully, strip it piece by piece and everything in order just for you to be easy on installing. on the side of the body there is a square aluminium cover where is the electronic card which is controlling all the throttle system.Using a magnifying lens you check the three pins which are soldered to the sensor of three pins. Because the manufacturer is using not a very good quality of solder get very tiny cracked where can not be seen without any magnifying lens . what you have to do remove the old solder and re do it,very carefully not to damage anything. close the cover with a good silicon sealant. Then remove the choke which is on the side and their you will find lots of carbon and needs good cleaning ,renew the O ring and seal everything very carefully. The Throttle Position Sensor which is on the side, mark it before remove so as when you install to be in same position. Needless to say that you have also to clean the throttle body and get a new gasket and re install. Surely will work better. If you need any further advice please ask. Good Luck.
Actually, your idea is very close to what the car dealership would do, but not tell you that's what they did. Just make sure you wipe the area(s) clean with rubbing alcohol and do not use any type of conditioner to the pieces that will have silicone placed around\under them as, this will prevent the silicone from making a proper seal and you could lose your rubber pieces going down the road.
Once you have put your silicone in and have put your rubber pieces back into their grooves, give the silicone 24 hours to set. This way, the bond is tighter and this should also fix your leaking issue.
ok this is the best way i found to do these
1 drain the coolant
2 remove the air snorkle fron the trottle body to the air box
3 disconnect the heater bypass pipe that runs across the front valve cover
there is a 8mm bolt and a 13mm nut at the trottle body remove the hose at the front and the 2 at the trottle body
4 disconnect the throttle cabe and cruise control if equiped remove the wiring the TPS IAC then remove the throttle body bolts 13mm CAREFULLY REMOVE THE TROTTLE BODY AND THE GASKET SHOULD BE OK TO REUSE if it tears replace it
5 now you have acess to the thermostat remove the rad hose
6 there are 2 13mm bolts the top one remove all the way the bottom one has a slotted hole remove about 80%
remove the thermostat housing
7 replace the thermostat
8 REASSEMBLE IN REV.ORDER and the O RING SEALS lube with a silicone grease
9 after the vehicle is all assembled LOOSEN AIR BLEED SCREW ON THE BYPASS PIPE
10 refill cooling system till coolant FLOWS OUT THE AIR BLEED IN A STREAM CLOSE THE AIR BLEED
11 top up coolant and coolant over flow bottle
USE ONLY GM DEXCOL if you need to add some IT IS ORANGE IN COLOR
12 start vehicle and adjust your heater controls to HOT AND MODE TO VENT let vehicle run till AIR COMING OUT OF VENTS IS HOT not just warm that will insure there is no air locks in cooling system
hope this was help full
you need to pull the jet body out and then put some 100% RTV silicone around the jet body and the inside of the wall fitting. Once the silicone is in place re-assemble the jet. that will solve the leak unless there is a broken piece on the jet body or the lip of the wall fitting.
On the ccu, the board on the right is usually the culprit, I have recently replaced one with that same error but I would first unplug it and remove and re connect each plug on the board looking for dark connections or dialysis, corrosion. If not fully insert each plug and try again.
This is a 15 k frequency sound
It is usually caused by one or more of the components in the High voltage circut,
with the set on and the back off, take pencil with an eracer.
Then push on each of the coils or transformers to see if it stops or diminishes.
if so coat the part with silicone sealer spreading to at least 2 components nearby. let dry.
This may help.
