you cant find your Email address on home page ?? its just a pge that may be google or yahoo or bing or anything else. your Email ID is account ID. if you cant find it means, you may be logged out of the account. try logging in and check always sign in. then whenever you see your home page. you can see you ID there.. hope it will help you.
many times this happens what u r saying...... the most probable cause could be non-availability or very week availability of network signals..... IT COULD be also due to any change you have made to IP adderess so first get conformed of the IP adderess u are using
firstly, type all your messages then go to insert your address, then click any name or email before sending ensure that there is no additional invited comas, then send , but if u discover that the pop-up was on again then click on the pop up icon, it will then disappear immediately
you will have to use a IM
instant mesenger such as yahoo messenger.

and also your granddaughter must have a account
download the Messenger from the internet and then login...
then add the email adderess of your grand daughter and you are ready to chat
