How to change fuel line on craftsman blower

Before you start take a picture of where the old lines are connected to the carb and the primer bulb for future reference.
To replace the line pull the spark plug wire from the plug. Remove the old line from the tank and remove the fuel filter from the line. Take new larger line and cut it on a 45 degree angle/or trim as necessary so you can grip it from inside the tank and pull it into the tank. Perform the same operation on the smaller line as well. Be sure to leave enough line for the fuel filter to reach the bottom of the tank. Install the fuel filter. The other small line is a vent line and only needs to come inside the tank not go to the bottom in the fuel.
Good luck.

Ice building up in freezer section

You need to clean the drain line from the freezer it is plugged resulting in a big ice build up at the bottom. Remove the shelves and back cover you will see where the water is suppossed to drain, you will need a hair drier to melt the ice build up because it has backed up and now is frozen too. After you remove the ice build up you can take a coat hanger and insert it into the opening, see if you can work the coat hanger down through the line to push out the obstruction, if not pull the fridge out and remove the bottom cover you will see where the line exits and drains into a tray it may be plugged right there. You may have to force out the obstruction with compressed air if none of the other things work or do what I did, blow into the tube from the bottom to force what ever is blocking the line out the top, doing that though is a little messy. Cat hair or dog furr is usually the problem.

Water line in freezer to ice maker is frozen

You have a " seeping " water valve ( leaking internally ) . Pull the refrig out and remove the line AT THE VALVE to the ice maker . Use a hair dryer inside on the frozen line , until you can blow thru the removed line from the valve . Then , replace the water valve .

Have a GE hot point HSS25GFTABB, removed doors to put inside house after a move and the ice maker works, but when you fill with water, it runs down the line dripping at the bottom of left door

Inspect the line crefully at the bottom of the door where it connects to the cabinet supply. The line may have been damaged when and if the doors were removed.
HOPEFULLY it is a small nick in the tubing casuing the water leak, and not the line inside the freezer door as the water line is foamed into the door and the entire door would have to be replaced to resolve an internal leak.
The coupler at the door connection is a push-lock syle coupler and to seperate the line you need to press the white collar into the blue barrel connector to relese the tension.
Good luck!

Water running out of tube from fridge into bottom of freezer door that leads up to water dispenser ?

Is the water leaking from the bottom of the freezer door ? ( new door ) line is not replaceable inside the door .
Is the water leaking from the tubing at the connector ( about 6" from the bottom of the freezer door ) ( remove both lines from the connector , cut off about 1" of each tube and reinstall into the connector )
To access , remove the kickplate by either removing 1 screw on each side or just pull off ( held on by clips ) .

Water dispenser line leaking at bottom of freezer door hinge, line broken, do i need to remove the inside door panel of freezer door to replace it?

if you have enough room left you can just cut out the hole and go to any hardware store and pick up a water line coupler and repair it....if it is too short or broke up inside the door then you need to remove the water/ice dispenser and pull the line through and run the new one down the track.

Cracked fuel lines PE550 Edger

Hi Dan,

Yes, more than likely you will have to remove the screws on the back of the trimmer to remove the gas tank.

The longest, and sometimes smaller in diameter of the two fuel lines, goes from the carburetor to the bottom of the tank. Leave enough slack in this line so that the filter that attaches to the end will rest comfortably at the bottom of the tank.

The other fuel line goes from the primer bulb to just inside the tank, (about an inch). make sure that you get the right size fuel lines. The plastic coupling goes on the end of this line, inside the tank. This keeps the line from pulling out of the tank.

(HINT): When feeding the lines through the tank holes, cut the lines at an angle. They will feed much easier into the holes. You can than cut them off square, once you know that you have enough to work with.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

How do we access the waterline inside the freezer door?

The waterline comes out the lower door hinge. Unhook from coupler at bottom. Now go to the despencer and carefully take the cover off some have screws under drip plate or clipped which a flathead screw driver works nicely dont scratch finish. With proper water line usualy 1/8 size about 5foot long snake it down to the bottom hinge and rehook up. In some case if the tube gets kinked you may have to remove door to do it it. Usually pretty easy.
