does it pump out all the water when it spins the first time? when they spin slow sometimes the pump is not pumping out all the water causing it to spin slow.
Fault code 41 if those are the correct lights. Service manual says faulty temperature thermistor & change the control module. Good luck with that as that model is nearly 20 years old and I don't think F&P supply that module any more.

If the lid switch is defective, the washing machine may not agitate or function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washing machine to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it. To determine if the lid switch has failed, watch the part testing video at the bottom of this page.
