I pad fully charged cant slide to unlock?

Slide the power button and hold it there for approx 20 seconds. Let go - this should reset the unit and it should come on again within a minute or two. If it doesn't - phone Amazon. Their helpline is very good.

You need to do a hard reset which will wipe all data and restore the tablet to factory settings.

Are you pressing the power and volume + button together until it goes to reset screen? If this does not work try the volume - button

First try and hold the power button down until it switches off and then turn it back on and see if you can unlock it.
If you can't unlock it then you can do a recovery this is how
when it is switched off hold the volume up and the hold the power button until you see a recovery screen with options there you will see a option to recover.

Try cleaning the touch-screen with a tissue or touch-screen cleaning paper, then wash your hands and use a skin moisturizer on your fingertips. If it still doesn't work, something's wrong with the unit. The touch-screen should work down to the discharge limit of the battery.

Note: when you buy a new lithium battery or device that uses one, it is a good idea to charge it completely before using. Some types of battery charge controllers use this first cycle to calibrate battery parameters so you get optimum performance from the battery.

Remove the power adapter or USB cable from the Tablet. Turn it back off. Turn the Tablet over and remove the screw from the back of the device. Slide the battery panel off of the Tablet and pull the battery out of the unit.

Connect the Tablet to the power adapter and power it on. The freezing issue should be fixed and your Table should respond properly. Reinsert the battery and charge it to full before removing it from power.
