I am getting error 7410:0283359 on the printer can you help

The machine is a Kyocera Ecosysy FS-3900DN. I have taken the drum out and reinserted but get the same error.

Power off your device.
Open left cover (door on the left side)
You will see white waste box (bottle) and black part with label how to change waste box. Put your palm on it and push it.
Power on your device.
Problem should be solved.

The drum is not setting correctly, check the gear on the drum try to move it, if the drum is not moving you might need new drum. but most of the time when you pull the toner unit, and the drum unit and reinstall it will work!

Sounds like a Engine firmware failure. The clue is the low page count (the 00007).
You will need to upgrade your firmware and contact your local Kyocera sales comany to get a patch to correct the missing serial number and MAC address.

Kyocera FS-3900DN Ecosys Call Service 2200:0100998 Help please our printer has stopped working

The Call Service 2200 is a drum motor error. The motor or gears might need to be replaced. First remove and re-seat both the developer and the drum unit. The developer is directly under the toner cartridge - lift it up then out first, then open left side door remove the waste bin and press the button on the drum unit just above the waste bin pull the unit out (carefull not to touch the drum surface). Re-seat both units. If this does not work call in a Kyocera Tech.

Kyocera fs-3900dn showing 7410:0024216 error code what do I do

The 7410 is a drum installation error code. This is typically caused when the waste bin is replaced. Open the left door and push on the drum unit just above the waste bin, usualy a click will be heard when pushing it in. Then power cycle the printer. This should fix the error message.

I am getting Call Service 7410:00 32266 on FS-3900DN Kyocera Laser Printer.

You have pulled the drum unit out of position possably after changing the waist toner ? Open the back cover, open the frunt cover and remove the developer unit, the full unit not just the toner, open the side cover where the waist toner bottle is and push the drum unit back into place until it clicks, put the dev unit back in place and close everything reboot the machine

open the door at the left and push on the drum till you hear click, problem should be solved afterwards.
