Went to free apps ,nothing, if I reset will I lose my data on games I'm playing? Maybe verification will not be there?

If the Battery is removable then try removing and starting it else press all the 3 buttons and factory reset it.

then your data is probally full try deleting some apps.

Just guessing, maybe you have to log into icloud.

Hi try & delete the apps U don't use if U have the full Facebook app delete it ::::the full facebook app will slow up & freeze a lot of tablets .... login to Facebook on you're browser or Google if this doesn't work click on tools or settings scroll down to backup & reset::::::: back up all you're data & reset . good luck

Try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. You'll probably lose all game data but I think this might fix it.

Are you able to connect to PC with USB? Download data?

Most game settings should be stored online, launch app on another tab and check with user name/password.

Try deleting the app completely from your tablet, then reinstall it again. It should them work (Settings -> Apps -> "Slots" -> uninstall

Then go to Google Play and install it again.

I'm not familiar with this particular game, but this is a pretty standard approach to any misbehaving apps. NOTE you will probably lose any save data that went with the game, but at least it should be working again

For all accounts it is the same. You only can reset the old password, after you gave in the old one. If it was easy, just to do a reset, to enter any amount, the password would be worthless. most Android tablets, you can reset complete and start all over again, but you will lose all data and all apps. The Apple devices on iOS7 or iOS8, can't be resettled, without entering the Apple ID password.
Most online accounts, have a service for resetting the password, but only if you did setup a recovery possibility, with secret questions or a mailers, where they can send a reset code to, or when using 2 way verification, you also need a device to receive an SMS.

It may be that an App that you have downloaded is causing this issue. Please uninstall if not necessary. You can also reset the tablet back to original factory settings, which will erase all of your personal data, photos, downloaded Apps, etc., but will also speed it up and stop it from freezing.
